Description Polling Hours: 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.

The vast majority of Michigan lies in the EST zone.
Four counties in the western part of the Upper Peninsula are in the Central Time Zone.

According to the Green Papers, [Link] no delegates will be determined by this primary.

"...the DNC has determined that the date of Michigan's 15 January 2008 primary violates party rules and
has decided to strip the state of its delegation. The determination was made official on 5 January 2008."
