Separate Edit Page for Map Location

Remove the Map Location edit function from the Container edit page and move to its own page.

Change the list of Map Locations on the Container Edit page to only list Map Location dates and not Map Images. This list will now link to the Map Location edit page.

The Now date is no longer necessary to use to edit older Map Locations.

2nd or later Map Locations on the same date for a Container will be editable unlike before.

A list of Attached Maps is available on the left of the Map Location edit page.

Bitmap map fill and polygon functionality was broken with the multiple Map attachment capability and has been removed from the Map Location edit page. Considering removing altogether from the site, but if anyone thinks it is useful still, let me know and I will try to make it work again.
