Change search to use Boolean Full Text

Create Full Text indicies and change search to use.

This may make the search better.

Words are treated separately instead of as a phrase.

You can "quote a phrase" to get the exact phrase.

You can use +word and -word to require the word be present or not present, respectively.

Results will be sorted by relevance (within the result type)

It no longer automatically searches for partial word matches.

You can search for words that begin with characters by using the * wildcard at the end. You cannot use this wildcard at the beginning or middle of a word.

Words less than 4 characters long are ignored.

Some characters like - / + * are ignored as part of the word searched unless they are enclosed in a "quoted-phrase" (though they function as operators as above)
