Add Crazy/Befuddled/WTF emoticon

I'm of the strong mind that there doesn't yet exist an emoticon that adequately expresses bewilderment, confusion, or bemusement. "Troll" helped while it existed, but even if we bring back Troll I would still strongly lobby for the introduction of a wholly separate icon that would be used when mere written queries fail to sufficiently address some of the more ludicrous posts that pop up on this site. Perhaps a little fellow pointing at his head an making circles, or a peanut for "nuts", or even just a question mark?
