Middle Names

Don't know if it's been suggested before but can an extra field be inserted in the edit field for candidates for middle names?

If a profile has a first and middle name in it, it does not come up in search.


REJECTED DUE TO
Too hard to tell differences between First Names, Middle Names, or Last Names. Already some dual Last Names are being put in the First Name box because it is being assumed to be a Middle Name. Adding another box would make things worse, not better.

I don't know why the search wouldn't work.
