Nationalistic Republican Alliance (ARENA):

ARENA was born the 30 of September of 1981 as an expression of the fight by the freedom in El Salvador, country that was immersed in a violence vortex, due to the Cold War and to the internal problems of the country.

The party ARENA has shaped in its principles and objectives a doctrine accumulation that has made available of the Salvadoran town to offer a viable and safe route him to be able to reach by means of concrete actions the overcoming of the individual in all its magnitude and, therefore, of the society of which it comprises.

The fundamental ideological concepts that they sustain to ARENA are doctrinarios elements that it bequeathed to the posterity and for a better future of the mother country, our founder Greater D�Abuisson Robert and a group of visionary men who accompanied it in the formation by this political institute.

When a town lives in freedom and only enjoys all the benefits of mutual solidarity enjoys the harmony and social La Paz, since it reaches his common well-being and the goals indicated by his own and particular initiative.

In its principles and objectives, ARENA recognizes the individual as the fundamental base of the town. The man is the creation to image and similarity of God. The meeting of individuals develops in all its fullness looking for its development, as much material as spiritual, that it allows to determine the proportions itself them like beings able to contribute shared in common and to take to the nation by the footpaths of La Paz and the tranquillity.

Within this context, the parliamentary ARENA representation has played an important role in the profit and the consolidation of peace in El Salvador, as well as in the process of modernization of the State, consolidation of the democracy and State of Right, the generation of equality of opportunities for all the Salvadorans and the progress in general.

PRINCIPLES

Democratic, Republican and Representative system, that guarantees the freedom of action and attainment of pacific aims of the individual.

It is recognized the individual as the fundamental base of the town, and the family like the nucleus of the society.

The state is not an aim in itself, but average for the engrandecimiento and the overcoming of the individual.

The fundamental bastion that must govern the conduct of the Salvadoran nationalists is formed by three elements: God, Mother country and Freedom.

The well-being, the profit of a goal, the honor, the constant search of the truth, is products of the human spirit.

The state must guarantee the work, the well-being of the mother country and the economic system, this one oriented towards the increase of the productivity through the free company.

The individual right of acquisition, retention and use of the property like a projection of the human person is recognized like principle of our economic life.

The greater wealth of our mother country is the human capacity of its inhabitants.

Equality of the men before God.

The political parties do not have to be inmiscuir in religious questions.

It is recognized the Armed Forces like only arm armed of the town.

To cause the unit of Central America
Rejection to doctrines that announce the fight of classes.

OBJECTIVES:

To defend our western traditions through the nationalism, the democracy and the freedom.

To fight by the formation of a solid republican and nationalistic conscience that is the pedestal of the national unit so that this one allows to obtain the integral development that the country needs.

To support to the Armed Forces in the fulfillment of its constitutional duties, as they are the defense of territorial integrity and the sovereignty of the Republic.

This new society will define its structure within the constitutional frame so that it grows from her bases, developing a realistic and perseverante policy, oriented to elevate the level of the Salvadorans in all its aspects.
