| Description | Center-right party split from the Socialist People's Party founded and led by the former (until 2022) President of the Parliament and 2023 candidate for Montenegro President Aleksa Bečić. Party advanced to Montenegro's second-largest as part of the Peace is our Nation (MNN) alliance in August 2020 which elected party chairman Bečić as President of the Parliament on September 23, 2020. The party currently has nine seats in the Montenegrin Parliament [Demokratska Crna Gora (DCG); shortened as Demokrate (Democrats)]. |
