| Description | Randal Trackwell is hoping the eighth time is the charm.
Trackwell, 62, once again has thrown his name into the hat to become Topeka’s next mayor — the eighth time he has done so since 1979.
“I do a lot of good, even in losing because I bring up good issues,” he said Tuesday. “If I do get to be elected I’ll be a good one.”
Trackwell, of 2235 S.E. Indiana, was one of five people to file for the office, forcing the mayoral race to a primary election Feb. 26. |
