| Description | A man running for Topeka mayor could face jail time because a house he owns fails code compliance standards.
A city judge found Randal Trackwell guilty last week of failing to maintain a home he owns on S.E. Highland because siding is missing and windows are damaged.
Trackwell has two months to fix the home or he could face that same amount of time behind bars.
“Code compliance basically is communism," says Trackwell. |
