Description | A pair of daily tracking polls Monday give President Obama 5-point advantages over Mitt Romney, maintaining leads in the wake of last week's Democratic convention.
Gallup has Obama up 49%-44%.
The Rasmussen daily tracking poll puts Obama ahead, 50%-45%.
The surveys come as Romney's pollster, Neil Newhouse, issued a memo calling the new numbers temporary, and predicting a Romney win in the end. |
