| Description | An ad released by the upstart Parti Conservateur du Québec (PCC) is turning heads for its portrayal of those who benefit from unemployment insurance.
The program should be "a temporary aid and not a career plan," the ad reads, accompanied by a picture of a drunk, beer-swilling man (a welfare recipient) yelling at a working man walking on the street with a lunchbox. |
