Description | The likelihood appears to be growing stronger that retiring U.S. Rep. Scott McInnis will quit early to take over Mesa State College. He recently confirmed that he will meet with the Mesa State board of trustees soon to "see if we're on the same page."
So, candidates to replace him are having to come up with strategies about what to do if the Republican should quit in midterm.
