DescriptionBeleaguered BMV Commissioner Gerald Coleman announced Thursday he will resign as leader of an agency mired for months in allegations of fraud and bureaucratic bungling.

Gov. Joe Kernan appointed Indiana Family and Social Services Administration special counsel Mary DePrez to replace Coleman, whose last day is Feb. 27.
