Description | MADISON — A second Wisconsin judge has struck down the state’s voter identification law less than a week after another judge temporarily stopped it.
Online court records say Dane County Circuit Judge Richard Niess issued a permanent injunction Monday.
It will complicate plans for state board of election officials who want to have the voter ID law in effect for the April 3 presidential primary. |
