Description | As everyone knows by now, the pizza man who was never going to be elected President of the United States has “suspended” (ended) his campaign.
While some wonder where life will take Herman Cain, I am more interested in where his supporters will go and why. Essentially, I want to look at which of the remaining candidates will benefit from the drain of support created by Cain’s exit.
Two candidates should be extremely happy that Cain dropped out—Newt Gingrich and Michele Bachmann. On the other hand, two candidates must be extremely nervous at this news—Mitt Romney and Ron Paul. |
