Description | "When SurveyUSA asked San Francisco voters about circumcision, in the context of a proposed ballot measure that would have made it against the law to circumcise a newborn, SurveyUSA found that among male respondents, twice as many of those men interviewed on their cell-phones were uncircumcised as those interviewed on their home-phone. SurveyUSA poll released 06/15/11, of 291 city of San Francisco males, 16% of males were cell-phone respondents."
