| Description | Washington’s two-term Attorney General Rob McKenna makes his Republican campaign for governor official Wednesday. He is scheduled to speak at Sammamish High, his alma mater, at at 6 p.m.
The news is a bit anti-climactic – coming after roughly four years of speculation and polling that already shows him beating Gov. Chris Gregoire or his more likely opponent, Democratic U.S. Rep. Jay Inslee, in a head-to-head matchup.
Gregoire is expected to not seek a third term but hasn’t ruled it out. |
