DescriptionToo soon to talk 2014?

Not when you're trying to prompt donors to help resolve 2010 campaign debt.

New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte name drops Colorado's Jane Norton for a potential 2014 Senate run in an e-mail intended to help retire the unsuccessful Senate candidate's financial obligations.

Ayotte is holding a $250-a-person fundraiser on Tuesday for Norton at the home of Ron Kaufman to help Norton retire her debt.

Norton narrowly lost the GOP primary to tea party favorite Ken Buck, who went on to fall in the general election to Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet.

Democratic Sen. Mark Udall stands for election in 2014.
