| Description | Alex Roarty of the National Journal (and formerly of PoliticsPA) has an exclusive report this morning that Dicks Sporting Goods CEO Ed Stack is talking to GOP higher ups about a possible challenge to Senator Bob Casey.
While his candidacy is reportedly not serious at this time, Stack’s interest in the race is noteworthy. Almost every GOP insider and consultant the PoliticsPA has talked to about the race has said, given the GOP’s weak bench to date, that it would take a wealthy self-funder to defeat Casey. |
