DescriptionGiven the dearth of high-powered minorities in the media, it should be easy to keep them straight. Not if you're the New York Post. This paragon of racial sensitivity thinks all black media people work for the same company.

The Post's "Page Six" ran an item today calling out Obama's former White House social secretary Desiree Rogers for her new job as CEO of Johnson Publishing. "Page Six" said Rogers was a big traitor for taking the job because "her new boss, Bob Johnson, who also founded Black Entertainment Television, was one of Obama's harshest critics."

But, as DailyFinance explains,

The only problem with the Post's reasoning: Bob Johnson has nothing to do with Johnson Publishing, which is run by Linda Johnson Rice, daughter of deceased founder John H. Johnson, and which publishes Ebony and Jet magazines.
