| Description | Democrats have spent a lot of energy over the years portraying Republican Dino Rossi as a conservative extremist on abortion, accusing him of soft pedaling the extent of his anti-abortion views.
Now Rossi is taking a hit from the other side: a group of local anti-abortion activists is attacking him for failing to be pure enough in his views.
While Rossi generally opposes abortion, he has said he favors exceptions in the case of rape, incest and where the life of the mother is threatened.
A new group called the Washington Life Coalition has rolled out a video attacking Rossi's compromise. |
