DescriptionBOARDMAN, Ohio- Former congressman Jim Traficant is expanding his plans to build a casino in the the Mahoning valley.

Traficant met Wednesday at the Yankee Kitchen in Boardman with representatives from various Indian tribes to discuss the possible project, which he said could also include a theme park and a hotel.

Jack Bartko, president of Epic Enterprises, said there is already money lined up for the project.
