| Description | Across the 5th District - The dates have been set in the 5th District recount. The Tom Perriello campaign tell us lawyers from his and Virgil Goode (web) 's campaigns were in Goochland County Tuesday morning for a preliminary hearing to set dates for the procedural hearing and the recount. The procedural hearing will take place in Albemarle Court on December 12th. That's when the standards will be established for how the recount is to take place. The actual recount will take place on December 16th in localities all over the 5th District. The next day, the 17th, the information will be brought to court for a final hearing. |
