Description | CNN’s Showbiz Tonight talked with Wendy Wright, President of Concerned Women for America, and Howard Bragman, founder of Fifteen Minutes Public Relations. The guests were asked about Ellen DeGeneres plans to marry Portia De Rossi.
Wendy Wright compared gay marriage to polygamy in the Fundamentalist Latter Day Saints sect. Wright said, "We need to look at the consequences of that and we can look at the polygamy community in Texas. There are consequences."
"When you redefine marriage to mean anything it can mean nothing," Wright continued. "Once you start breaking down and claim that marriage can be something other than between one man and one woman, you do open the doors to it being anything."
