Description | Saying that a conservative state senator stands the best chance of defeating Republican Cong. Wayne Gilchrest in Maryland's First District, a little-known Republican has dropped out of the primary race and is now supporting state Sen. Andy Harris.
John Leo Walter of Easton says Harris has the "best shot" to beat Gilchrest in the February primary. Gilchrest now faces three opponents in the primary, including Harris and another state senator. |
