| Description | Resolved, whereas Gary Odom has used his office as the Constitution Party Field Director to support a non-elected leader of the American Independent Party (Nancy Spirkoff), and has continued to conspire with Jim & Rayna King, Gary Odom, Charles Deemer, Dorothy Peacock, Larry Breazeale, Ted Nicholoff, Bob Geisweit, Nancy Spirkoff, and Ann Thomas, he should be banned from any state or national office for the next twenty years.
Whereas Gary Odom has failed to attend three meetings of the Riverside County Central Committee for month after month, he is not worthy of scheming with a small group of other members of the State Central Committee to "take over" the State Committee, when he has failed to help maintain a central committee from his own home county for many years past.
Whereas Gary Odom, Dorothy Peacock, Larry Breazeale, Ted Nicholoff, Bob Geisweit, Nancy Spirkoff, and Ann Thomas have failed to run for elected office, have failed to campaign for those that do, have failed to attend county and state meetings, have failed to properly work within the California Election Code, they should be banned from being National Committee members, and State Committee Delegates for the next twenty years for their treasonous and mutinous activities.
