DescriptionJulian Carroll says Bruce Lunsford is the Kentucky Democratic Party’s best chance to win the governor’s mansion in November.
"A victory for Lunsford-Stumbo is a must if we are to win in November," contends Carroll, a former Democratic governor now serving in the Senate.
Carroll issued a position paper today outlining the reasons he supports Lunsford and his running mate, Attorney General Greg Stumbo.
Among them, Carroll cited the need to match the Republican war chest and said it will cost an estimated $12 million to $15 million to win in the general election
