Description | A majority of Orange County commissioners sided with big-box retailers Tuesday and signaled that a package of proposed development rules may go too far in forcing the giant stores to be better neighbors.
Backers of tougher big-box rules said the reaction from county leaders stifles any chance that Orange would pass one of the toughest ordinances in the country, as many had hoped. |
