Description | Rush Limbaugh, a short while ago, took issue with this piece and expressed exactly what I feel. When is the last time you ever heard Democrats say, "Oh well, we expect to be wiped out"? Answer? You don't. They fight till the bitter end. Of course, they lie too, but still! Why is the GOP already leaking, blaming, and running away? That's weak. We need to go on offense.
And while the Republicans, like rats on a sinking ship, are starting to flee, they've left behind a mess of a message. Hastert is on TV talking Foley, keeping that story alive, while the President is trying to remind people why voting Republican matters this year more than most.
So, here's the contest. You have 24 hours. Leave a comment in this post. The topic: Why you should vote Republican in 2006. It should be 100 words or less. The front page contributors will help me pick the best statement of why people should vote Republican in 2006. And, I'll buy the winner a one year subscription to the Limbaugh Letter.
If the GOP can't sell themselves, we will. So leave your comment. You have 24 hours. |
