And he got more than the $3.8 billion that came flooding into the state's bank account, courtesy of the Indiana Toll Road lease.
Yes, with this week's back-to-back blockbuster events, Daniels got something else -- a much-needed dose of political capital. The timing was good. His account had pretty much run dry. |
