Description | from the article:
Fayetteville lawyer Tim Dunn withdrew from the congressional primary Tuesday, saying the campaign had caused too much financial hardship for him to continue.
Dunn, a lieutenant colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, said he reopened his law practice last fall after returning from active duty in Iraq. He filed to run for Congress a short time later.
Dunn said the money and time he gave to campaigning made it hard to make enough money in his law practice to meet his family’s financial obligations. |
