| Description | Only in New York could, or would someone make a dedication to the pro-life movement with a life-sized nude statue of Britney Spears giving birth on a bear skin rug. Oh, and she's giving birth backwards just for added artistic appeal. And you can see the "crowning of baby Preston's head."
You really have to look here at the photos, I'm not making this up. I couldn't. The backwards thing is still freaking me out.
