| Description | BENTON COUNTY — Timothy C. Hutchinson, District 95 state representative, said Thursday he will not seek reelection in 2006.
Family and business considerations led to the decision, Hutchinson said in a news release. "While I enjoyed my time in the Arkansas Legislature and believe that I was able to be an effective voice for the citizens of Benton County, I have decided that at this season in my life, serving in the Legislature places too great a burden on my family and law practice. |
