Description | "Governor Mitt Romney has been raising money for the state's Republican Party at a record pace, a not-so-subtle warning to Democrats that they could face well-financed GOP challengers if they defy his legislative agenda.
Previous Republican governors have trumpeted similar plans but made little progress. But Romney's campaign has Democrats on Beacon Hill taking notice, especially after his convincing victory in November, in which he won in many areas expected to vote Democratic."
