Description | "Bob Franks is still keeping a foot in Washington.
The former congressman, who heads a trade group for New Jersey drug and device makers, will spend one day a week working in the Washington, D.C., office of Winning Strategies, a lobbying and communications company.
The move comes after Franks spent three years working part-time for a different Washington lobbying firm, Valis Associates. By taking the job with Winning Strategies, though, Franks will likely raise his New Jersey profile still higher."
