| Description | The League of Women Voters of San Diego joined the litigation battle over the mayor's race yesterday by filing a suit demanding that election officials count all write-in ballots cast for Councilwoman Donna Frye.
The Superior Court suit asks a judge to order the Registrar of Voters to count ballots that the office has said it will not: those in which a small oval bubble next to Frye's name was not filled in. |
