When it comes to changing the state Constitution, apparently quite a bit.

On Nov. 2, voters will decide whether to adopt proposed constitutional amendment 2. Put on the ballot by state lawmakers, the amendment would give groups other than lawmakers less time -- about six months less -- to get their initiatives on the ballot in a general election year.
