DescriptionThe right is upset that he's too far left and the left is upset that he's too far right, and Congressman David Dreier is caught in the middle. The Covina Republican, Chairman of the House Rules Committee is dapper for a never-married 50-something, but it looks like looks alone may not get him through what promises to be a harrowing autumn.

With deft innuendo, uber-outer Mike Rogers decided to change targets from Ed Koch to Congressman Dreier...yet Rogers admits that he does not have enough evidence to back up the case. That did not stop him, however, from apparently pitching the story to "major news outlets" including Hustler, which is aggressively harassing the Congressman's office, according to The Blue Lemur. If you thought Rogers had sunk about as low as he could, just think about trying to pitch media outlets with simple innuendo...he's bought himself a ticket to the eighth ring of hell now... Despite Rogers' attempts at 'outing', the question of Dreier's sexuality is about as much of an open secret widespread a rumor as that of California Democratic Party Chairman Art Torres.
