| Description | A Republican DuPage County judge, who doesn't look too fondly upon Chicago residents, is GOP St. Senator James "Pate" Philip's pick to replace him in the Senate.
We thought such blatant hate was limited to Trent Lott. But it turns out that the judge is just Pate's kinda guy. |
