DescriptionNote that there's no disclaimer that says who paid for the phone call, a clear violation of BCRA (Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act). Assuming today's phone calls were paid for by Herseth, who, after all, is a lawyer, she can hardly plead ignorance of the disclaimer requirement.
