When I refresh the home page, or hit my "back" button on my browser, all the new messages go away. Why?

Here's how the site works. When you visit ourcampaigns.com, the site is automatically set to refresh, showing only those containers with new messages since your last visit. If you're hitting the back button, you'll just initiate that refresh, and the screen will be all but blank. To avoid that, rather than hitting back or refresh, just click the "Home" button in that top menu. It'll bring you back to the front page without refreshing. From that point on, you can use the back without accidentally refreshing things. (Just don't go all the way back to the time you typed in ourcampaigns.com, or you'll set off a new visit and everything will file away.)
Clicking "home" will also show any new containers/posts that showed up since your last visit to the homepage.
Should you accidentally refresh anyway and you want to view the posts that have been "filed away", as it were, that's a simple thing to do. Just go to your user page and click "EDIT", as if you were going to go change your email address or something.
In that edit screen, there is a value called "previous login". The only posts that will appear on the front page will be the ones AFTER that date and time, so you can set it accordingly. Just hit "save changes", and you're ready to go. (To get back to the main page, of course, use "Home" from the menu bar.)

This is the main reason I post here so rarely....I keep losing the main page with the commentary and can never find it again. I've literally been trying (off and on) for months. Will try to save this and see if I can navigate now. Thanks...

Yep. Interestingly, I've also noticed that when I'm logged on, the date field in the upper left defaults to 3 days ago.

Is it possible to erase all messages on your own board? I'd like to have mine completely erased. Is that possible? Thanks! And if you could post the answer on my board that would be even more helpful!

For the most part I think posts once posted are considered 'communal propery'. I am sure if there is stuff with real personal infomation on them, you can get removed, but if you want to leave the board, the easiest way is to change your user name, delete all personal endorsements and lock your container.
