Hmm. Interesting. It appears that Google Maps needs voids to be reverse-wound. Which means that if the outer polygon points occur clockwise, the inner must occur counter-clockwise and vice-versa.
I flipped the order of the lines in the void and it fixed it. (You may need to clear your cache to see the change.)
