Îles-de-la-Madeleine riding is comprised of the Municipalité des Îles-de-la-Madeleine. It is Quebec's only provincial riding in the Atlantic time zone, rather than the Eastern time zone. Îles-de-la-Madeleine has the lowest population of any Quebec riding and is protected under the Election Act due to their isolation from the nearest part of Quebec.
