| Info | As Greenville County Register of Deeds, we have reduced the annual operating budget for the office by 40% and reduced staffing without layoffs. In 2008, I was appointed by Governor Nikki Haley to be Chairman of the Electronic Recording Committee with the responsibility of establishing the rules for E-recording in South Carolina. We have modernized the recording process and in 2010, Greenville, was the first county in South Carolina to electronically record property transactions. We now record over 40% of all documents electronically. We have digitized all of our records and made them available online. In 2011, we streamlined our recording process again, allowing for the immediate scanning and return of documents presented for recording. In 2015, we installed a user friendly search tool for historic documents. We added a US Passport Office in 2016, and in 2018 we began offering e-certification for our stakeholders.
As Manager of Sales Force Automation with USAirways we built a 50 seat VIP customer service call center for US Airways ahead of schedule and under budget. Developed sales force automation training for the worldwide sales team.
