Waterman and served from December 7, 1932, to March 3, 1933; at the same election was an unsuccessful candidate for the full term beginning March 4, 1933; resumed the practice of law in Denver; was struck by an automobile and killed in New York City, July 31, 1933; interment in Fairmount Cemetery, Denver, Colo
