InfoMarc Bayliss is Labour’s Prospective Parliamentary Candidate in Wyre Forest.

He is married to Melisa, a primary school teacher, and together they have two young children. Marc is in his early thirties, has lived all his life in Worcestershire and is a long-standing Kidderminster Harriers fan. Marc is a former district councillor and chair of school governors. An economist by profession, he now manages a small research consultancy business. Marc has spent the time since being selected as Labour’s candidate canvassing local people and meeting key groups in order to really understand the key issues facing Wyre Forest.
Commenting on his work in Wyre Forest Marc said: “While the area has undoubtedly benefited from the Labour government’s extra investment in jobs, education and health, there remain issues such as public transport, anti-social behaviour and crime that need to be tackled. The current MP’s singular interest in health means that not enough effort is being put into resolving these other important issues. If elected I will work hard to make progress on all the issues that matter to local people. I also pledge to faithfully represent the views of the people and to always put the needs of my constituents before party politics.
