| Info | Eric was raised on a small farm near Sedalia, Missouri where he learned his strong work ethic and the value of a dollar. He married his life-long friend Cheryl Campbell and they have been blessed with two wonderful children, Patrick age 22 and Paige age 20. The Pendell family has lived in Kansas City for 23 years.
Pendell is a third generation Marine Corps/Navy veteran and a Business graduate of Drury University. He has been a self employed business owner and consultant for 30 years.
His entire business career has been spent as a corporate problem solver and team builder leading new business start-ups, turning failing or stagnate businesses around, and helping large manufacturing entities compete against foreign markets.
After a life changing mission trip in 2005, Eric and Cheryl refocused their personal and business vision towards a ministry of assisting Christ-centered churches nationwide in the areas of church health, growth, expansion, and community development. At a time when church growth in the U.S. is rapidly declining, the churches Eric and Cheryl work with average 30% growth within one year of implementing their community building growth strategies.
