He is a Republican, a Methodist, and is a member of the Alabama Historical Society, the Alabama Archaeological Association, the Alabama Wildlife Federation, UAB Department of Psychiatry Advisory Board, the Conservation and Natural Resources Advisory Board, the Jefferson County Coroner's Medical Examiners Board, and the Board of Trustees Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. Senator Biddle lists hunting, fishing, golf, and trapshooting as his hobbies.
