Info | Founded Delaware's Libertarian Party in 1975.
Born and raised in Missouri, and he obtained a B.S. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Missouri. He worked for Exxon in New Jersey for seven years, then came to Wilmington to work at DuPont's Petroleum Laboratory in Chambers Works. His technical service work for petroleum refineries included development of programs for efficient gasoline blending. He is still widely known in the petroleum industry, and has a web site: [Link]
Bill and his wife Lois live in Brandywood, north of Wilmington. They have travelled widely including hiking trips in Europe and New Zealand. They are staying home these days for two reasons. They have two daughters and three grandchildren (7 years, 4 years and 3 months) who live nearby, and Lois loves to help. As for Bill, he plays tennis, tutors Spanish speakers in English, and works with FairTax [Link] and Seniors Against Federal Extravagance [Link]
