InfoHarold Clough of Scarborough is serving his fourth term in the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 128, part of Scarborough. Rep. Clough, a retired business executive, was a member of the Business and Economic Development Committee during his first two terms and served as ranking Republican member during the 120th Legislature. In the 121st Legislature, he was appointed as ranking Republican member of the Joint Standing Committee on Taxation and holds that position for another term. At the beginning of the 122nd Legislature, Rep. Clough was also appointed by the presiding officers as a member of the Joint Select Committee on Property Tax Reform.

Rep. Clough served on the Scarborough Planning Board in 1998 and 1999. He is a member and past master of Triangle Lodge of Masons in Portland and is active in both York and Scottish Rite Masonic organizations.
